John has been baking in Sarnia Lambton since 1998. He was formally trained at Williams Pastry Shop and was certified through the Baking Association of Canada in 2002. In July of 2003, John had the opportunity to open his own bakery and with the support of his family, Junior Baker opened on December 15th.

Nicole has been working alongside her husband since the opening the bakery, and has enjoyed every minute of it. The hours are long, the work is challenging, and the rewards are plentiful. Nicole enjoys designing cakes and together with her husband John, they have made some beautiful wedding cakes.

This is a family owned and operated shop. This little family enjoys being together while working. The kids help out with daily chores and are paid with sweet treats. Working as a family is very rewarding, and the Junior Baker family is looking forward to many more years serving Sarnia Lambton.
